PHOTO: Tour of New Maternity Wing at Provena in Urbana

This Week, Senator Frerichs and Representative Jakobsson of Champaign toured the newly remodeled maternity wing of Provena Covenant Medical Center in Urbana. Senator Frerichs and Representative Jakobsson were guided through the renovations by Provena Covenant Medical Center Director of Operations, Eric Rhodes.  After two years of construction, $7 million dollars worth of renovations have been done for Blessed Beginnings Birthing Center. Construction is expected to be finished by the end of April.
