Higher Education
District 52 is the home of the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, our state's flagship university, as well as two excellent community colleges, Parkland College in Champaign and Danville Area Community College. Senator Frerichs understands that education should not end at high school graduation, and has pledged to fight to keep our universities and colleges statewide at the forefront of legislative priorities.
